Shlichut is one of the most impactful ways to transform the Jewish world and grow in the process. It is an opportunity to connect the next generation to Am Yisrael, Eretz Yisrael, Torat Yisrael, and to help them discover the greatest versions of themselves. Madrichim receive meaningful training, preparation, and benefit from our unique educational approach in Israel before departure. This preparation is part of the important commitment to shlichut, and helps each madrich grow with their Tzevet into a lifelong team that endures well beyond their return.
